A big room with good river view. Food is good. Floating down the river is a must which they offer for free. Revisited in Aug 2023, food is not as good as before, but still acceptable.

Nice place to stay! The price is reasonable though the room condition and service itself is not bad but not amazing. They have rooms closers to the parking/reception area. We stayed at the riverside rooms so its a walk down, not wheelchair friendly as along of steps and small stair-bridge to cross the river. The view is amazing though! Our time was abit hazy but still nice. If you're staying at room 210 (right hand side corner room), you can see elephants bathing in the morning because theres an elephant attraction for tourist right beside! Really nice! The foods not bad though the laundry they did toom very long to finish. The location is quite out of the way into no-mans land, so unless u have ur own transport then wouldn't recommend. Theres also alot of other hotels along the river so quite nice!

Great location, very good food, free river rafting, and modern villas. Dinner both nights was amazing. On time, not expensive and prepared very well. The American breakfast was not good, but the Thai breakfast was excellent. Some of the buffet food on Sunday was good, but they ran out of food at 9am. The rooms looked nice but they are fairly worn. The grounds need some attention too. Sink fixtures are loose, the bathroom surface is loose, the drawer in the bathroom would not stay shut and One of the deck chairs was broken as well. Because the rooms have large windows, access to the river, wonderful net to hang out in and an upper viewpoint, these bad things are easy to look over. Also, you can hear the elephants which are next door every morning which is both scary and exciting. We did not visit because it's an elephant attraction (riding). We went rafting twice and had a great time floating in the river. The staff was very responsive and polite. We saw hundreds of other rafts to stay on and likely this is the most modern looking. I would come back to this location.

Private zone for relaxing view! Room size is very huge! Dinner was very tasty! If you want to try Thai food.. here is the perfect choice. They cook very delicious and over expectation! There are bell boys for picking up your belonging! Super nice service!

this is very good place for relaxing. the hotel will have rafting add on for the customers which is very nice. next to the hotel will have elephants going to take a bath in the river (should go before 06.30 AM)||tips : room at riverside is better. the sunligt doesnt shine directly to the room during the day.

Beautiful spacious room in the middle of nowhere. A car is very well needed. Lol You surely will get your nice break in a peaceful environment. Food is served in room probably because of Covid. Room service is cheap and good. They cancelled the raft thing while still advertising it on Agoda and replaced it with elephant riding which is a big NO for me. Utilities in the room are very basic. One towel each is provided, no hand and hair towels. No slippers as advertised, 2 unmatch hangers and no bathrobes. Minibar is free which contains of water, coke zero, coffee/ tea and 2 bags of chips. They gave you 2 tiny teenee bottles of shampoo+conditioner and a tiny teenee piece of soap. I dropped it 4 times before I could finish taking shower. Water boiler was given but there's nowhere we could plug it in. No sockets nearby and others were way to high. It didn't make sense. I had to put it on the floor near the fridge and the line barely reached the socket but still better than putting it in the bathroom. I brought my own coffee so I don't care about their instant one. No coffee spoon was provided. The balcony of the raft villa has an amazing view. Overall it is a nice place. Just a simple touch of the utilites would have made it perfect. And please CANCEL THE ELEPHANT RIDE.
